Process

My approach begins with a collaborative consultation to understand your vision in depth, including the setting, medium, style, and details that will bring your dream artwork to life.

On the day itself, I’ll arrive 1 to 3 hours beforehand, allowing me time to set up and begin painting the background once your beautiful decorations are in place. I’ll also capture photographs and videosof key moments between you and your partner, using these references to infuse the painting with the genuine emotion and ambiance of the day. My focus will always be on portraying the couple or an individual in the setting you’ve envisioned.

I also enjoy engaging with your guests throughout the day by offering a limited number of live guest portraits, which often add a delightful touch to the event. If you’d like more guest portraits, I can create additional sketches based on photographs either two weeks before or after the wedding.

I’ll be available for the whole day on your wedding day to create a memorable piece that reflects your love and joy. Afterward, I’ll take the artwork back to my studio for any final touches . Throughout this process, I’ll send you progress photos and happily incorporate any adjustments you request. Additionally, I offer a time-lapse video of the painting process, edited to a song of your choice, as a keepsake that captures the creation of your wedding day artwork.

Once it’s ready and varnished, I’ll reach out to discuss collection or delivery options with you. Additional guest sketches will also be completed and post to you with your painting or to your guests seperately if requested.

Policies

Shipping Policy

If the portrait is completed during the ceremony, the happy couple can take it home that evening. For pieces requiring additional work, you can choose to pick it up in person, or I can arrange secure, insured postage to your preferred address, additional shipping fee will apply. In the event of any damage during delivery, please provide photographic evidence for insurance purposes.

Refund Policy
If you cancel 90 days before the wedding date, your full deposit (£300) will be refunded within 24 hours of the cancellation. Cancellations made less than 90 days in advance are non-refundable, and any pre-paid travel or accommodation costs may still need to be covered.
